The May Sprint is a special offer - a short, focused engagement to help clarify and clean up an identified process or system, supporting clearer decisions and limits and more effective results.
It's 2 weeks long, starting with a diagnosis and closing with the delivery of recommendations, 1-2 workflows, templates and/or guides and an optional closing review.
The sprint is designed to deliver a clear result, quickly.
It’s short-term, scoped support for one process or system that’s ready for refinement.
You get:
• A diagnostic lens to identify one leverage point
• 2-4 custom templates, workflows or guides to support decision clarity and better results
• A closing review to reflect on what shifted and what’s next for you
The engagement is capped at 20 hours/week over two weeks, with a special flat rate of $2750 CAD (regular $3400 CAD). The focus is on producing a result that clarifies your next move. There are only two spaces available.
