The result is cleaner, more accurate work execution, less rework, fewer bottlenecks, and a knowledge environment people can actually use.

This is a senior individual knowledge management contributor, providing discipline‑level oversight. It is not an IT or engineering document control role.

Project Delivery

Part-time leadership of a scoped documentation or administration project, focused on clarity, execution and completion of the structural work —without adding headcount. Typical outcomes include stable documentation sets, guidance materials and simple tools that support day‑to‑day use.

This role does not execute any identified content improvement or development work identified by the project.

Diagnostic Sprint

A short, focused assessment of your organization’s knowledge landscape. The sprint diagnostic produces a concise system map, clearly described gaps, and priority actions to guide future work.

Sprint duration varies between 2 and 8 weeks, depending on the scope of the problem (the size of the organization, system and challenge; a typical contract is for 4 weeks.

Discipline Advisor

Ongoing access to senior clarity and judgment for knowledge‑system questions and decisions, under a retainer agreement. You get periodic senior input on documentation and documentation system structure and integrity, Knowledge Management best practices, workflows, decision criteria, system functionality and governance questions. Ideal for maintaining coherence without committing to a full project or leadership engagement.
